Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At Bella Lina Cruz, we value your time and ours. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, we require a card on file when booking an appointment.

We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

  • For services longer than one hour, cancellations or no-shows made within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service to the card on file.

Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may risk cancellation and need to reschedule.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not issued; however, if you are unsatisfied with your hair, please contact us within 2 days of your service to arrange adjustments, which must be completed within 7 days.

Redos

  • No redo services can be performed if adjustments are made by you, or another stylist after leaving our salon.

Service Guarantee

  • Brazilian Blowout and Keratin services are only guaranteed if the recommended products from Bella Lina Cruz Salon are purchased at the time of service.

Consultations

  • A complimentary consultation is required for new and returning clients for their first color service or if seeking a significant change.
  • We recommend scheduling this with the stylist who will perform the service, as each stylist has their own approach. Each stylist is different so we recommend getting a consultation with the same stylist you would like to provide your service.
  • Stylists will go over pricing and address ant questions or concerns you may have.

Complex Services

  • Some corrective color and complex services may require multiple visits to achieve the desired results. Your stylist will inform you if more than one session is necessary to reach your goal.
